YJLV22 Cable

YJLV22 is an aluminum core cross-linked polyethylene insulated steel tape armored PVC sheath power cable, primarily used in 1kV and below power transmission and distribution systems. This type of cable has good heat resistance, high mechanical strength, and is suitable for direct burial or overhead installation. It effectively prevents rodent bites and resists external mechanical damage.

YJLV22 cable is an aluminum core, cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, steel tape armoured, PVC sheathed power cable. It is designed for fixed installation in power distribution systems with rated voltage up to 0.6/1kV. YJLV22 is widely used in underground installations, cable trenches, ducts, and occasionally for overhead wiring, especially where high mechanical protection is needed.

Its steel tape armour provides excellent resistance against mechanical damage and rodent attacks, making it ideal for direct burial and harsh environments.

Conductor: Copper or aluminum, Class 1: solid conductor, or Class 2: stranded conductor
Insulation:Cross-linked polyethylene XLPE
Filler: Non-hygroscopic material
Binder tape: Non-hygroscopic material
Inner sheath: Polyvinyl chloride PVC
Armour: Double galvanized steel tape
Outer sheath: Polyvinyl chloride PVC

  • Test Voltage: 4 kV (5 min)

  • Maximum Conductor Temperature (Continuous Operation): 90°C

  • Short Circuit Temperature (Max. 5 seconds): 250°C

  • Ambient Temperature (Fixed Installation): -35°C to +90°C

  • Ambient Temperature (Flexed): +5°C to +90°C

  • Minimum Bending Radius:

    • Single core: 15 × cable outer diameter (D)

    • Multi-core: 12 × cable outer diameter (D)

  • Number of Cores: 1 core to 5 cores

  • Cross Sectional Area: 2.5 mm² to 400 mm²
