Construction Details

XLPE 5 Cores Copper Cable Construction

The cable is constructed with the following components:

  1. Conductor: Plain annealed copper, Class 1 (solid) or Class 2 (stranded).
  2. Insulation: Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE).
  3. Filler: Non-hygroscopic material.
  4. Binder Tape: Non-hygroscopic material.
  5. Outer Sheath: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
