The AL XLPE Multiplexed Cable 0.6/1kV with insulated neutral is a self-supporting overhead distribution cable composed of aluminum conductors insulated with cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE). Designed for low-voltage electrical distribution systems, it is suitable for duplex, triplex, and quadruplex configurations. With an insulated neutral conductor, this cable enhances system safety, reduces the risk of short circuits, and simplifies installation in urban and industrial environments.
This cable is ideal for applications requiring reliable performance, UV resistance, and compact routing for both outdoor and underground electrical networks.
Application
Power supply wiring for industrial machinery, control panels, and switchgear
Indoor and outdoor low-voltage distribution systems
Underground or concealed wiring where enhanced insulation is required
Residential, commercial, and municipal power networks
Ideal for environments demanding added electrical safety via insulated neutral conductors
Standards
Manufactured and tested in accordance with:
ABNT NBR 8182 – Self-supporting multiplex cables with extruded insulation (PE or XLPE), up to 0.6/1kV
ABNT NBR NM 280 – Insulated cable conductors (IEC 60228 MOD)
ABNT NBR 10298 – Bare aluminum-magnesium-silicon alloy conductors for overhead systems
