Application and Advantages
CAAI cables are used in urban and rural secondary distribution networks for voltages up to 1000V. They are particularly effective in congested areas or areas with many trees because their bundled and insulated design:
- Allows for longer spans between poles.
- Requires less mounting support.
- Simplifies installation.
- Provides personnel safety by preventing accidental contact.
- Offers protection against power outages from tree limbs or other physical damage.
The XLPE insulation provides excellent resistance to abrasion, heat, moisture, and sunlight, ensuring a long service life.
