The HD 626 S1 is a standard for low-voltage aerial bundled cables (ABC). These cables are designed with aluminum conductors and XLPE insulation for overhead power distribution, suitable for fixed installations up to a voltage of 1000V.
Applications
These cables are a modern solution for overhead distribution lines because they improve safety and reliability compared to bare conductors. They are used in urban, suburban, and rural areas for:
- Overhead power lines.
- Public lighting.
- House connections.
Construction
CONDUCTOR | Aluminium conductor, round stranded compressed (RM) |
INSULATION | XLPE |
ASSEMBY | The cores shall be laid up with a left-hand lay. |
